 We are looking for a skilled, dedicated Mortgage and Protection Administrator.

Key Tasks Include:

  • Liaising with lenders, providers and clients for case progression and case placement as well as with solicitors and conveyancers regarding exchange/completion dates.
  • Ensuring all necessary documentation is held within the clients file, meeting FCA's rules and regulations
  • Inputting fact-finds and other case details into client database
  • Obtaining Illustrations, application forms, key feature documents and other relevant supporting documentation
  • Submitting new business to Lenders including applications online
  • Tracking new business and current position ensuring our Mortgages Advisor(s) are kept informed of progress of their cases.

You should demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with evidence of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Customer Focused approach to work
  • The ability to plan, organise and prioritise effectively
  • The ability to work under pressure and under own initiative.
  • Motivation, drive and the desire to learn and develop
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Excellent team working skills

 The prime function of the Technician Role is the processing and servicing of Life Assurance, Pensions and Investments for individual clients and Employee Benefits Group Schemes for corporate clients.

Key Tasks include:

New Business Processing life, pensions, investments, group pension & protection schemes

Service Existing Clients review process and administer all enquires relating to personal and commercial clients

Co-ordinate Renewal Review Procedure preparation of reports for Financial Planners

Provide Technical Support

Handle Claims administration of mortality claims

A Certificate in Financial Administration or progression towards would be an advantage, although not essential as full training will be provided
